Vito’s Tacos started out as a popular food truck in Las Vegas. In fact, they still operate their food trucks. In addition, they now have a few brick and mortar stores in the city. You can buy everything birria. Delicious! Birria is authentic Mexican from the State of Jalisco. It was created out of a need to remove some of the gamey flavor from goat meat. Birria is almost always served with some of the remaining juice, or consomé. This addition adds significant flavor to the birria experience.
