On the last visit, I was introduced to the divine “chocolate chipotle pie“. A must! Heartbreakingly, the restaurant had just shuttered due to a fire at its brick and mortar location in 2024.

With two locations, this spot serves up some of the most mouthwatering smoked meats in the Valley. The original location is small and unassuming—the kind of place where the line forms early and the brisket sells out fast. But trust me, it’s worth it. Tender, flavorful, and perfectly smoked, everything from the ribs to the pulled pork is BBQ done right. Get there early, and bring your appetite!

Be prepared—this place is walk-up and dine-in only, with no reservations accepted. If you do find yourself waiting, no worries—you can head next door and enjoy a cocktail at the bar while you wait for your table. Once you’re seated, the pizza comes out quick, fresh, and piping hot straight from the wood-fired oven.
