The road trip. Las Vegas, Nevada to Fargo, North Dakota via Salt Lake City.

Salt Lake City – I have to be honest when I say that I never really had much of a desire to visit this city. However, this trip we passed through SLC. The area is beautiful. The city infrastructure is impressive. I had no idea the streets were numbered for how far in said direction you are away from “The Temple.” Interesting.

Jitterbug Coffee – A cute and quaint coffee bus, literally a hidden beside a building. Right next to a Hyatt Place.
