POM Bakehouse Burger – Bangkok

We stumbled upon the unique POM Bakehouse Burger after a tour and arrived early—thankfully. We were welcomed by a kind man who took the time to explain everything, from their freshly baked burger buns to the fries they prepare daily. It truly felt like a labor of love.

They quite literally cleared space in their home so we could sit and eat, which made the experience incredibly personal and memorable. The burgers are made fresh with beef or pork and come with a variety of options, but quantities are limited—only about 26 burgers a day.

The whole family was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to share their food with us. At first, it might feel like you’re interrupting a family at home, but they make it clear you’re more than welcome.

Go early—they sell out by early afternoon. What an experience, and absolutely worth it.
