We stopped by here today for brunch. I had read some reviews online about this place. Reminded me of the Iowa Machine Shed a bit. The picture is the Sage Fried Chicken Benedict. As u can see there is enough to feed a small army (notice the scale with the salt & pepper shakers). I would advise that you share a meal and order more drinks. It had biscuit, bacon, spinach, fried chicken, tomato, egg, mashed potatoes, cheese with a chipotle cream sauce over the top. The cream sauce was awesome and the chicken was great. I wanted to try the Chicken & Waffles but we were a bit early and that didn’t start until 11. The sevice was great but it was busy on a Monday moring around 9:30 so I cannot imagine the weekends. Get their early or sit at the bar and have a bloody mary (or maria w/tequila).
Near the northwest corner of W Sahara and Rainbow in Las Vegas.
