Balls… Sesame that is.


Who doesn’t like balls?

Especially ones purchased at Asian markets. These little freshly fried balls of wonder are amazing. I can always count on a whole container of these tasty sesame balls greeting me as I check out. Chad and I both love them so I always score brownie points when I bring these home. They are made with glutenous rice flower, sweet bean paste and of course sesame seeds. The are best when they are still warm. They have an amazing roasted sesame flavor, an interesting chewy texture due to the glutenous rice flower and a sweet surprise in the middle.
