Hainan Style Chicken Rice in Vegas. Yes, please!
I was a chicken rice virgin. Happy to say I lost my virginity today.
This place is located on West Sahara just a block from Las Vegas Boulevard and the SLS Las Vegas.
$9.99 for a platter, shown above with an added “perfect egg” for $2.99.
Started with Thai Caramel chicken wings. Carmel-y deliciousness! Hot, flavorful… a mouth party!
The #1 is on point and the chicken lives up to the hype. Soft and delicious. The side house-made sauces of sambal, soy, and ginger scallion were the perfect accompaniment to this meal.
Pair your meal with a chrysanthemum tea or a double shot Cafe Sua Da (Vietnamese Coffee) and you’re set!
We didn’t try the F&F Cracker Jacks – Fried Chicken Skins, Szechuan Pepper Popcorn, and peanuts covered in honey, but maybe next time.
